Registration

While placing your order you may wish to register for a free account.  This is for your ease with any future orders, your details will then already be stored on our system for you to access next time.  You can change your details or personal settings at any time by visiting your “My Account” page.

Shopping

Making a purchase could not be easier we promise. Just explore our website using the navigation at the top of each page.  When you have found a product that you wish to order, select your item from the list and add it to your shopping basket by clicking the “add to basket” button.  You can also use our search function which instantly lists any products that match the name or part number you key in. All our prices include packaging and postage via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Working Day Service if ordered by 3pm)

Purchasing and Payment

Once you have completed your shopping list, proceed to the checkout by clicking the “checkout” button at the top right of your page.  You will then be asked for a few details that we need to complete your order request. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Paypal. Please note you do not need to open a Paypal Account to place your order.

Our liability and consequential loss
The information and materials contained in this website, including, without limitation, text, images, and links, are provided on an “as-is” basis with no warranty that the information is accurate, complete or current (although we naturally do our best to ensure our website is as safe and accurate as much as possible).

Items purchased from us have a minimum of 12 months warranty or guarantee, covered entirely by the original manufacturer only. Some specific items may be the subject of additional warranties or guarantees given by their manufacturers directly, which are set and are subject to change by their manufacturers. Any warranties or guarantees are not enforceable against us, but only against the manufacturer(s) giving them. We do not directly provide any warranties or guarantees ourselves that relate to the reliability and quality of the items we sell.

We accept no responsibility or liability for damage to any type of property, or injury to any person or animal, where and to the extent that the damage and/or injury arises from the negligence of us. In addition, we accept no responsibility or liability for, without limitation, the following:

delivery delays not caused by us;
loss of profit and/or loss of revenue;
changes in your customer relations;
charges from tradesmen and/or other businesses;
insurance claims;
losses not caused by any breach on our part;
other factors beyond our control (see Factors beyond our control);
your own failures;
any other indirect or consequential losses that were not foreseeable to both us and you when your order was accepted.
Any and all liability and/or claims must be enforced against the original manufacturer(s) of the item(s) you purchased.

Factors beyond our control
You agree that the following list contains examples of factors that are understandably beyond our control, and that we accept no responsibility or liability for, including, without limitation:

acts of God/nature, flooding, storms, draught, earthquakes, tornadoes or hurricanes, other adverse weather, fires, explosions;
epidemics or pandemics;
legislation, industrial action, strikes;
civil commotion, rioting, invasions, terrorism, war (declared or not), preparations for war;
problems with delivery couriers themselves;
general transportation issues with railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport;
impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks;
you providing us with incorrect and/or incomplete information.

Shipping and Handling

Please be aware that all postage/delivery/shipping charges are already included. Ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition is very important to us.  We despatch all orders the same day, with next working day delivery should you order before 3pm. If however for some reason we cannot achieve this, we will e-mail you to confirm the expected delivery date. If we cannot complete an expidited delivery service, we will notify you and refund your item with delivery costs.While we do our best to ensure prompt deliveries, a parcel can very occasionally be delayed, and unfortunately we cannot guarantee exact delivery times. With this in mind, we are happy to deliver your order direct to your home or to another nominated address (e.g. work) if more convenient, please state delivery address at time of order.

Personal Details Security

All Payments are made via Paypal – Shop with peace of mind. Paypal will not share your sensitive financial details with sellers. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal
